I was inspired by Dutch furniture maker Piet Hein Eek’s series of waste tile cabinets which can cost a minimum of 20k USD. Since that was not in my budget I tried my hand at recreating my own version. I have a new found respect for the amount of work and craftsmenship that it takes to build a piece like this. At least now I have a one-of-kind cabinet and some more questionable DIY skills!
